全蝎纯化液抗实验性血栓的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨全蝎纯化液对实验性血栓形成的影响。方法 (1)采用结扎家兔两侧颈外静脉血栓模型。(2)胶原蛋白-肾上腺素诱导小鼠体内血栓形成和血块溶解实验,观察全蝎纯化液的抗血栓作用。结果全蝎纯化液能明显减轻家兔静脉血栓重量,与盐水组相比较(P<0.01),全蝎纯化液抑制率分别为66.6%、50.5%。对胶原蛋白-肾上腺素诱导的小鼠体内血栓所致死亡有显著保护作用,保护率分别为64.7%、47.1%。具有明显血凝块形成的抑制作用。结论全蝎纯化液具有明显抑制血栓形成的作用,其作用机制可能与其抗凝有关。Objective To study the effect of Scorpion purified liquid on resisting experimental thrombosis.Methods ①The model of venous thrombosis were induced by ligatureing on both sides External jugular vein of rabbit.②Collagen-adrenaline induced thrombosis and clot lysis experiments to observe the antithrombotic effects of Scorpion purified liquid in mice.Results Compared with normal saline groups,Scorpion purified liquid was significant to reduce thrombosis weight of rabbits（P0.01）,the inhibition rate was 66.6% and 50.5% respectively.The liquid could protect the mortality induced by thrombosis caused by collagen-adrenaline in mice,the inhibition rate was 64.7% and 47.1% respectively,and the liquid also was significant to inhibit blood clots.Conclusion the Scorpion purified liquid can significantly inhibit thrombosis,and the mechanism may be relevant to ananticoagulation.
