观音合剂对幼龄厌食大鼠Leptin、CCK与VIP的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨观音合剂治疗小儿厌食症的作用机制。方法用病因模拟法复制幼龄厌食症大鼠模型,测定外周血瘦素(Leptin)、胆囊收缩素(CCK)、血管活性肠肽(VIP)的含量,以及大鼠体质量及进食量的变化,观察观音合剂的作用。结果与模型组比较,各治疗组体质量和进食量均有改善,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);模型组血清Leptin含量降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),血浆CCK及VIP含量增高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。经观音合剂治疗后,治疗组Leptin含量较模型组增高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),CCK及VIP含量较模型组降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论观音合剂可改善厌食症大鼠的体质量和进食量,并对Leptin、CCK、VIP具有调节与平衡作用。Objective To investigate the mechanism of Guanyin mixture for children with anorexia.Methods Juvenile rat model of anorexia was established by imitating the major cause of infantile anorexia.The contents of leptin（Lep）,cholecystokinin（CCK） and vasoactive intestinal peptide（VIP） were measured,the weight and food intaking changes were observed.Result The amount of food intake and weight of rats in each treatment groups were improved much better than that in model group（P0.05）.The serum leptin concentrations in the model descended（P 0.05）,while plasma CCK and VIP concentrations ascended（P 0.01）.After treatment with Guanyin mixture,the leptin concentrations intreatment group increased（P0.05） and the CCK and VIP concentrations decreased（P0.01）.Conclusion Guanyin mixtrue can improve the amount of food intake and weight of rats,regulate and balance the Lep,CCK and VIP.
