摘  要:目的研究云南会泽野生毛喉鞘蕊花乙酸乙酯提取物中化学成分。方法溶剂法提取药材,硅胶柱层析结合重结晶法进行分离纯化,并运用IR,1H-NMR,13C-NMR,2D-NMR,EI-MS等技术对化合物进行结构鉴定。结果从中分离得到7个化合物,鉴定了其中的5个,分别为:14-deoxycoleon U、forskolin H、chamaecydin、1,6二乙酰佛司可林和β-谷甾醇。结论乙酸乙酯提取物含有佛司可林二萜类似化学成分;结合2D-NMR对chamae-cydin碳氢数据进行了准确归属。Objective To study the chemical constituents in the ethyl acetate extract of wild Coleus forskohlii Briq.Methods The raw material was extracted by solvents and the compounds were separated by repeating silica gel column chromatography and solvent recrystallization.The IR,1H-NMR,13C-NMR,2D-NMR,EI-MS,NMR and techniques spectroscopy were used to identify the chemical structures.Results Seven pure compounds were obtained from this plant and five of seven were identified their chemical structures,they were14-deoxycoleon U,forskolin H,chamaecydin,16,diacetyl forskolin and β-sitosterol.Conclusion Ethyl acetate extract contains chemical composition forskolin diterpene;chamaecydin is attributed accurately hydrocarbon data combining 2D-NMR.
