益气活血冲剂治疗弥漫性轴索损伤的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的观察益气活血冲剂结合西医常规方法治疗弥漫性轴索损伤的临床疗效。方法将60例弥漫性轴索损伤的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,对照组采用常规脱水降颅内压、止血、抗感染、维持水、电解质、酸碱平衡及护脑治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用益气活血冲剂口服。两组疗程均为1个月。结果治疗组与对照组的总显效率以及治疗后两组症状积分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论中西医结合治疗有加速颅内血肿吸收、改善弥漫性轴索损伤症状的作用。Objective Observe the clinical effect of Yiqi Huoxue granules integrated Chinese and Western medicine on diffuse axonal injury.Method The 60 patients with diffuse axonal injury were divided randomly into treatment group and control group,30 patients each group.The routine treatment of hemostasia,dehydration to lower encephalic pressure,liquid,electrolyte and acid-alkali balancing,anti-infection,and brain-protection was used in control group,Yiqi Huoxue granules was adiministrated orally in treatment group on the basis of the same treatment in control group.The treatment in both groups was one month-period.Results The total effective rate and symptom scores between the two groups were significant（P 0.01）.Conclusion The treatment integrated Chinese and Western medicine is able to accelerate absorption of haematoma and improve the symptoms.
