基于微距摄影对小儿指纹颜色的研究

摘　　要：目的观察外感咳嗽与健康小儿指纹,探讨小儿指纹诊法的客观检测方法。方法采用数码摄像机微距拍摄小儿指纹255例,观察并分析食指指纹的颜色客观指标,并结合健康状况调查表,进行统计学分析。结果在64例风热咳嗽患儿中,指纹颜色呈紫红色者49例(77%),淡红色者为7例(11%),淡青紫色者为2例(3%),指纹无显露者6例(9%),呈青紫色者为0;在70例风寒咳嗽患儿中,指纹颜色淡红色者为2例(3%),淡青紫色者为8例(11%),指纹无显露者6例(9%),呈青紫色者为54例(77%),呈紫红色者为0例。结论本研究观察到小儿风热咳嗽指纹多呈紫红色,与传统之"紫热"定性一致;发现小儿外感风寒咳嗽指纹多呈青紫色,与传统之"红伤寒"定性不一致。Objective To observe the fingerprint in both children with external cough and healthy children,and study the objective detecting method of finger veinlet inspection.Method The 255 cases of child fingerprint were shot with digital telecamera,the color of objective indicators index fingers were observed and analyzed combined with health status questionnaire.Results In 64 infant patients with wind-heat cough,the fingerprint purple color was 49（77%）,light red 7（11%）,light violaceous color 2（3%）,no fingerprints 6（9%） and violaceous color 0;In the 70 with wind-cold cough,the color pink was 2（3%）,light violaceous color 6（9%）,no fingerprints 6（9%）,violaceous color 56（79%） and purple color was 0.Conclusion Children wind-heat cough are mostly purple fingerprint,agreed with the traditional ＂Purple heat＂ in qualitative;and with wind-cold cough fingerprint are mostly violaceous color,un-agreed with the traditional ＂Red cold＂.
