摘　　要：目的通过多中心临床研究进一步评价剪口结扎结合PPH术治疗混合痔的有效性和安全性。方法将4家医疗单位收治的246例混合痔患者随机分为3组并分别行剪口结扎结合PPH术、PPH术和剪口结扎术,比较3组术式的临床疗效,并对术后并发症的发生情况、直肠肛管测压进行比较分析。结果剪口结扎结合PPH术组疗效显著优于两对照组(P<0.05),安全性亦高于两对照组(P<0.05)。结论剪口结扎结合PPH术能很好地保护肛垫组织,保持肛管正常的解剖结构,不仅有更高的临床疗效而且具有很好的安全性。Objective To evaluate the safety of Shearing fracture ligation combined PPH for mixed hemorrhoids with a multi-center clinical study.Methods The 246 patients with mixed hemorrhoids from 4 hospitals divided into 3 groups randomly and treated with Shearing fracture ligation combined PPH,PPH and shearing fracture ligation respectively;the clinical effects in the three kinds of therapies were compared,the postoperative condition and the anorectal pressure were measured.Results The Shearing fracture ligation combining PPH much better than that in other groups（P0.05） and the Safety was also higher than that in ithers（P0.05）.Conclusion The Shearing fracture ligation combined with PPH can protect the tissue of rectal cushion,remain the normal anatomy structure of anal canal,which has better clinical effect and more safety.
