舒冠滴丸对冠心病不稳定型心绞痛QT离散度的影响

摘　　要：目的观察舒冠滴丸对冠心病不稳定型心绞痛患者QT离散度(QTd)的影响,探讨该药抗心律失常的机制。方法对100例患者采用随机数字表法分为观察组80例与对照组80例。两组给予相同的常规基础治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用舒冠滴丸,5粒/次,3次/d。观察两组治疗前后QTd及校正后QT间期(QTcd)的变化。结果与治疗前相比,两组患者治疗后QTd、QTcd均显著缩小,治疗组QTd、QTcd分别为(40.4±16.8)ms和(38.6±14.7)ms;对照组分别为(49.6±17.3)ms和(41.2±15.5)ms,与本组治疗前相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);其中,治疗组缩小幅度更明显,与对照组降幅比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论舒冠滴丸可有效缩小QTd和QTcd,提示QT离散度的降低可能是该药防治不稳定型心绞痛室性心律失常的作用机制。Objective To explore the effect of Shuguan pills on the Q-T interval of unstable angina pectoris and antiarrhythmic mechanism.Method 160 patients with unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease were divided randomly into treatment and control groups,80 per group,all patients received the same basic therapy,and Shuguan pills were added to the patients in treatment group with oral with 5 pills,three times a day.The differences of QTd and QTcd before and after the treatment in two groups were analyzed respectively.Result The QT and QTcd was decreased in two groups after the treatment,the QTd and QTcd were（40.4± 16.8）ms and（38.6±14.7）ms respectively after treatment in treatment group,the QTd and QTcd is（49.6±17.3）ms and（41.2±15.5）ms respectively after treatment in control group,the differences in two groups were significant（P 0.01）,and it in treatment group was more obvious than that in control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Shuguan pills can effectively decrease QTd and QTcd,which indicates that the decreasing QT may be the possible antiarrhythmic mechanism.
