经皮切吸联合臭氧消融术配合中药治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察经皮穿刺腰椎间盘切吸术(percutaneous lumber discectomy,PLD)联合臭氧消融术配合中药治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法将收治的60例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,对照组予以PLD术配合中药治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加臭氧消融术。结果患者随访3～12个月,未见严重并发症的发生。治疗组疗效总改善率为90.0%,显著优于对照组76.7%(P<0.05)。结论 PLD联合臭氧消融术配合中药治疗腰椎间盘突出症是一种安全有效、并发症少的微创疗法。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of percutaneous lumber discectomy（PLD） combined with Ozone-ablation and traditional Chinese medicine on Lumbar disc herniation.Methods 60 patients were divided randomly into treatment and control groups,30 patients per group.The patients in control group were treated with lumbar disc herniation were treated by PLD and Chinese medicine,in treatment group added Ozone-ablation.Results Patients were followed up for 3～l2 months,there was no serious complications occurred,the total improvement rate in treatment group（90.0%） was significantly higher than that in control group（76.7%,P 0.05）.Conclusions PLD combined with Ozone-ablation and Chinese medicine is a safe and effective,minimally invasive therapy method for lumbar disc herniation and with fewer complications.
