参仙乙肝灵联合阿德福韦酯治疗慢性乙型肝炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察参仙乙肝灵联合阿德福韦酯治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床疗效。方法将64例慢性乙型肝炎患者随机分成两组,治疗组32例,给予中药参仙乙肝灵片剂口服,同时口服阿德福韦酯胶囊;对照组32例,给予阿德福韦酯胶囊口服;观察比较两组用药后临床疗效。结果治疗组在HBV-DNA阴转率、HBeAg阴转方面优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗6个月时,治疗组总有效率为90.6%;对照组总有效率为71.9%;两组近期综合疗效总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论参仙乙肝灵联合阿德福韦酯治疗慢性乙型肝炎优于单用阿德福韦酯,在一定程度上能提高治疗慢性乙型肝炎的疗效。Objective To observe the clinical effects of Canxian Yiganling capsules combined with Adefovir dipivoxil on chronic hepatitis B.Methods Sixty four patients were randomly divided into treatment group with Canxian Yiganling capsules orally combined with Adefovir dipivoxil,and in control group with Adefovir dipivoxil orally only,32 patients per group.The clinical effects after treatment were compared.Results The negative rate of HBV-DNA and negative conversion of HBeAg in treatment group were better than that in control group（P0.05）.After treatment 6 months,the total effective rate was 90.6% in treatment group and 71.9% in control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Canxian Yiganling capsules combined with Adefovir dipivoxil for chronic hepatitis B was superior to Adefovir dipivoxil.
