伤湿追风膏治疗风寒湿型腰椎间盘突出症的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察伤湿追风膏治疗腰椎间盘突出症(风寒湿型)的疗效。方法将90例腰椎间盘突出症(风寒湿型)患者随机分为A组(伤湿追风膏+骨盆牵引治疗),B组(太极神贴+骨盆牵引治疗)和C组(单纯牵引组)各30例。对患者治疗前、治疗后3、7、10 d的腰痛、下肢放射痛及肢体冷感的积分和加权总积分进行比较分析,评价疗效。结果 3组患者治疗后3、7 d总积分与各症状体征积分均有明显下降,组内比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),组间总积分与各症状体征积分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),3组疗效比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后10 d 3组总积分与各症状体征积分明显下降,组内、组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),3组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论伤湿追风膏治疗腰椎间盘突出症(风寒湿型)有显著疗效。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of Shangshi Zhuifeng plaster on lumbar disc herniation of cold-damp-wind type.Method The 90 patients were randomly divided into group A treated with Shangshi Zhuifeng plaster and injured pelvic traction,group B with Taiji paste and pelvic traction and group C with pelvic traction alone,30 patients per group.The weighted total score points and a comparative analysis of low back pain,radiating pain and lower extremities cold before treatment and after treatment 3,7 and 10 day were evaluated.Result The total score points with the symptoms and signs of all patients after 3 days,7 days were significantly decreased,in group the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）,but between groups was not significant（P0.05）,and among the three groups were not statistically significant（P 0.05）;10 days after treatment,three groups of the total score points and the symptoms and signs decreased significantly,the differences in group and between two groups were statistically significant（P0.05）,among the three groups were statistically significant（P 0.05）.Conclusion Shangshi Zhuifeng plaster is very effective to treat lumbar disc herniation of cold-damp-wind type.
