银质针导热疗法治疗颈性眩晕疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察银质针导热疗法治疗颈性眩晕的临床疗效。方法将68例患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组予以银质针导热疗法,1次/周,2周为1个疗程;对照组予以温针灸,1次/d,10 d为1个疗程;1个疗程后统计临床疗效。结果治疗组的有效率为91.4%,对照组的有效率为78.8%,两组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组评估所得分值治疗前后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论银质针导热疗法治疗颈性眩晕疗效明显,且具有较好的远期疗效。Objective To investigate the curative effect of silver needle thermo-conduction therapy for cervical vertigo.Methods The 60 patients with cervical vertigo were randomly divided into therapy group and control group,the patients in therapy group were treated with silver needle thermo-conduction therapy,one times a week,tow weeks a treatment course;in control group with warming needle therapy,one times a day,ten days a treatment course.After one course,the clinical efficacy was evaluated.Results The effective rate was 91.4% in therapy group and 78.8% in control group,the difference was significant（P0.05）;the differences of the evaluation scores in both groups before and after treatment were significant（P0.05）.Conclusion The silver needle thermo-conduction therapy is very effective for cervical vertigo.
