摘　　要：随着GPS和GSM技术的发展,很多公司都在研究将相关技术结合,应用到人们的日常生活当中。利用DALLAS公司的DS80C320作为主控芯片(CPU),采用Ublox公司的LEA-5SGPS模块以及WAVECOM的GSM/GPRS模块设计开发定位机,此便携式定位机,借助移动网络运营商后台的GIS系统,可以为用户提供准确的位置信息。With the technology of the GPS and GSM,many companies are studing the combination of related technologies,appled to people＇s daily life.Under these conditions,using DALLAS DS80C320 as the main control module （CPU）,using Ublox＇s LEA-5S GPS module,as well as Wavecom＇s GSM/GPRS design handset GPS module,this portable Localizer can provide users with accurate position information with the GIS system.
