摘　　要：以C8051F060单片机为核心设计了CMOS-LED器件参数测试仪,分析了测试仪硬件系统的总体结构、逻辑功能测试电路、电参数测量电路和测量接口电路的硬件实现,给出了单片机程序的设计思路.This paper describes a CMOS-LED devices＇ tester based on MCU C8051F060. The general structure of the tester is introduced,and the logic function test circuit,the electrical parameter test circuit and the interconnection matrix are discussed in detail. The software design method is also provided.
