摘　　要：建立两种支原体检测方法,直接培养法和PCR方法。两种方法互为补充,共同应用于生产检验,为生产提供及时可靠数据的同时对产品严格把关,提高产品质量,对树立公司品牌形象具有重要意义。The studies established two detection methods——direct culture and PCR.The two methods complemented each other and applied in the vaccine docimasia.The detected results could provide timely and dependable data for the production,and could check on the products strictly.These could improve the quality of products.There is an important meaning for establishing the company＇s brand image.
