摘　　要：目的： 为自杀态度的研究提供工具。方法： 在查阅文献的基础上， 首先由研究小组反复讨论选编条目，再经专家评审， 小范围内进行预试验， 形成初稿。然后对初稿进行进一步的检验与修改， 形成最后问卷， 并对问卷进行信度与效度检验。结果： 共选编条目４２条， 问卷初稿３５条， 最后问卷２９ 条。２９个条目分为４个维度， 分别为对自杀行为性质的态度、对自杀者（包括自杀死亡者与自杀未遂者） 的态度、对自杀者家属的态度、对安乐死的态度。问卷的信度与效度均达到统计学要求。结论： 自杀态度问卷基本符合理论构想， 且具有一定的信度与效度。Objective:to develop an instrument for study of suicide.Method:based on the information from documents in this area,items were selected and discussed in research group.After being confirmed by specialists,this draft was pretested so as to generate the initial version.The reliability and validity of the version was tested.Results:42 items were selected from documents.35 in the draft and finally only 29 were included in the initial version.They reflected aspects of 4 dimensions:opinion to suicide behavior,attitude to person who committed suicide or attempt suicide,attitude to family members of suicider,attitude to euthanasia.The reliability and validity of the version were satisfying.Conclusion:the construction of suicide attitude inventory embodied the theoretic consideration of its authors.It has acceptable reliability and validity.
