摘 要:为研究甲氧虫酰肼(RH-2485)的杀虫活性及作用机理,采用叶片药膜法测定了甲氧虫酰肼对舞毒蛾5龄幼虫的生物活性及对其体内解毒酶和保护酶活性的影响。结果表明:甲氧虫酰肼对舞毒蛾5龄幼虫表现出较高活性,48hLC50为24.271mg·L-1。48hLC50剂量甲氧虫酰肼处理24和48h后,对舞毒蛾5龄幼虫羧酸酯酶(CarE)、谷胱甘肽-S-转移酶(GST)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和过氧化物酶(POD)活性均显著抑制;对多功能氧化酶(MFO)作用表现为先抑制后激活,且与对照间差异极显著(p<0.01);对酚氧化酶(PO)具有激活作用,其中处理24h,PO活性显著高于对照(p<0.05)。A study was conducted to determine the insecticidal activity and mechanism of Methoxyfenozide(RH-2485),bioactivity of RH-2485 against the 5th instar larvae of Lymantria dispar and the effects of RH-2485 on the activities of detoxifying enzymes and protective enzymes.Results showed that Methoxyfenozide had a high level of toxicity against the fifth instar larvae and 48-h LC50 of Methoxyfenozide was 24.271 mg·L-1.The activities of carboxylesterase(CarE),glutathione S-transferase(GST),superoxide dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT) and peroxidase(POD) of the fifth instar larvae were significantly inhibited after they were fed with the leaves treated by 48-h LC50 of RH-2485 for 24 h and 48 h.However,the activity of mixed-function oxidases(MFO) was inhibited at 24 h time point and then was activated at 48 h time point after treatment by RH-2485.The activity of phenoloxidase(PO) was activated and significantly higher than that of the control at 24 h time point(P 0.05).
