超声引导经皮肺活检对肺周围性病变的诊断价值探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨超声引导下经皮肺活检对肺周围性占位病变的诊断价值。方法对32例经超声引导,经皮肺活检的肺周围性占位病变患者进行回顾分析。结果穿刺成功率100%,穿刺病理诊断率为87.5%,并发症主要为气胸、少量咯血,发生率分别为6.3%及9.4%。结论超声引导经皮肺活检对胸壁附近的肺占位病变诊断价值大,安全性高。【Objective】To evaluate the diagnostic accuracy and safety of ultrasound guided percutaneous biopsy of pulmonary peripheral solids lesions and discuss the clinical value. 【Method】Ultrasound guided percutaneous lung biopsy were performed on 32 patients who suffered from pulmonary peripheral solids lesions to review.【Results】The successful rate of puncture diagnosis was 100%,the puncture pathologic diagnosis rata was 87.5%,the major complication include phemothorax and hemoptysis,the ratio of disease which was 6.25% and 9.375%.【Conclusion】Ultrasound guided percutaneous lung biopsy is a safe and reliable method of diagnosising pulmonary peripheral solids lesions,especially suitable for pulmonary peripheral solids lesions aroung the thoracic wall.
