摘　　要：目的观察热休克蛋白HSP70在兔自体静脉移植中表达的动态变化,探讨其与移植血管内膜增生的关系。方法采用兔自体颈静脉移植模型,25只新西兰大白兔随机分为5组,分别于术后3、7、14、28d取材,应用Real-Time PCR法、Western blot法分别检测各组中HSP70 mRNA与蛋白的表达变化。结果HSP70 mRNA在术后3d时表达升高,而后渐降至正常。蛋白检测表达变化与其一致。结论静脉移植后热休克蛋白HSP70表达升高,可能与血管平滑肌细胞增殖有关。【Objective】To observe the expression of hot shock protein 70（HSP70） in autogenous vein graft of rabbits and its relationship with intimal hyperplasia.【Methods】Twenty-five New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into five groups,groupⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ and SO..The right common jugular vein was transplanted to the contralateral carotid artery.The specimen was collected at the 3rd,7th,14th,28th d after operation.Group SO had sham operation.In each group,HSP70 mRNA was detected by Real-Time PCR.Western blot was used to detect the expression of HSP70 protein.【Results】Compared with group SO,HSP70 mRNA and protein expression increased significantly at the 3rd d after operation,then gradually returned to normal.【Conclusion】Hot shock protein 70 could promote the proliferation of vascular smooth muscle cells in autogenous vein graft
