绝经期舌痛症性激素替代治疗的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨性激素替代治疗绝经期舌痛症的疗效及对子宫内膜和乳腺的影响。方法将绝经期舌痛症患者随机单盲分为两组。治疗组87例,服用利维爱治疗;对照组30例,口服谷维素和维生素E胶囊。分别于治疗后3个月、6个月复查及对疗效进行评价,并对坚持服用利维爱者每年进行一次复查妇科及乳腺情况。结果服药3个月后治疗组总有效率为85.06%,对照组为13.33%;服药6个月后治疗组总有效率为93.10%对照组为16.67%。均有显著性差异(P<0.005)。治疗组中有子宫内膜增生者8例和乳腺增生者8例。结论利维爱治疗绝经期舌痛症患者疗效满意,子宫内膜的增厚并不随用药时间的延长而增加。但随用药时间的延长乳腺增生的风险有所增加。【Objective】To observe the clinical efficacy of gonadal hormone replacement therapy on menopausal patients with glossodynia,and to investigate the effect of gonadal hormone replacement therapy on endometria and mammary gland.【Methods】One hundred and seventeen menopausal patients were randomly divided into two groups,87 patients were treated with Livial as the treatment group,30 patients were treated with oryzanol and vitamin E as the control group.To evaluate the effect,all the patients were observed for 3-6 months after therapy.Endometria and mammary gland of the patients who took Livial constantly were checked each year.【Results】The result showed that the total effective rate of the treatment group was 85.06 % after 3 months,93.10 % after 6 months;and significantly higher than those in the control group（13.33 % and 16.67 % respectively,P0.005）.In the treatment group,8 patients had got endometrial hyperplasia and 8 patients had got hyperplasia of mammary glands.【Conclusion】It indicates that Livial is effective in treatment of glossodynia in menopausal patients.However,longterm use of Livial will increase the risk of mammary gland hyperplasia.
