摘 要:目的探讨不同消毒方法用于呼吸机管道系统的消毒效果,以选择目前条件下呼吸机管道系统的最佳消毒方式。方法回收本院各科室病人连续使用3d的呼吸机管道,随机分为4组:采用84消毒液浸泡(A组)、2%戊二醛熏蒸(B组)、全自动清洗消毒器消毒(C组)和全自动清洗消毒器消毒﹢蒸汽灭菌消毒(D组),每组各150套。各组分别于消毒前、消毒后、放置7d采样,进行细菌培养及细菌菌落计数,比较4组各时间段的细菌杀灭率、细菌阳性率。结果全自动清洗消毒器和全自动清洗消毒器消毒﹢蒸汽灭菌消毒的效果最佳。结论全自动清洗消毒器是对呼吸机管道系统消毒的最佳方案。【Objective】To compare the effect of several disinfection methods on breathing machine pipe and choose the best way to clean breathing machine pipe under present condition.【Methods】 The breathing machine pipes that had been continuously used for three days were collected from each division of our hospital.These breathing machine pipes were randomly assigned to 4 groups(150 sets in each group):(1) 84-degerm fluid soaking group(group A),(2) 2 % glutaraldehyde fumigating group(group B),(3) automatic washer-disinfector group(group C) and(4) automatic washer-disinfector + steam sterilization group(group D).Samples were taken from these pipes at before sterilization(T1),after sterilization(T2) and 7 d after sterilization(T3) for germiculture and colony count in order to compare the bactericidal ratio and positive ratio of germiculture.【Results】The disinfection effect of the methods of automatic washer-disinfector and automatic washer-disinfector + steam sterilization was better than that of other methods.【Conclusion】Automatic washer-disinfector is the best method for disinfection of breathing machine pipe.
