摘 要:在总结了TMCP技术的发展以及工作原理的基础上,概述了TMCP钢板在近海工程中及其它领域的应用状况。海底资源的开发正在向深海域推移,海洋结构的建造也随之大型化,工况条件恶劣,对结构件钢板的强度、低温韧性、疲劳性、抗层状撕裂性及焊接性等方面均有较高的要求。TMCP技术无需添加过多合金元素,也不需要复杂的后续热处理,通过控制冷却获得优质钢材,满足了海洋石油工程应用的需要,具有广泛的应用前景。In addition to the introduction of the development and operating principle of TMCP technology the application of TMCP technology in the offshore and other environments is summarized in this paper. The exploitation of the resource under the sea floor is removing towards the deep sea area. Thus, the building of ocean structures is becoming larger, and the working condition is rather worse, which requires higher properties for steel plates, such as toughness, ductility, fatigue, lamellar tearing resistance and weldability. TMCP technology, without additional alloying elements and complex post-heat treatment, makes steels high quality only by controlling cooling, which meets the requirement of offshore oil engineering, and possesses wide application prospect.
