摘 要:介绍了计算机辅助套料软件AutoNEST及其在海洋平台加工设计中的应用,AutoNEST可被应用于采购估料排版和车间下料排版等加工设计环节,并且在板材套料方面实现了与NC软件和CAD软件(如:Tekla Structures,AutoCAD等加工设计软件)的完美结合。AutoNEST能够自动生成套料结果报表,包括:套料零件、板料、切割信息(边缘余量、切割间隙、材料利用率)等信息。AutoNEST结合了一个强有力的排样工程——NestPR0,它能够最大程度地利用板材,使废料降到最少。对于有精确的板材需求计划和切割计划的产品,AutoNEST是一个迅速高效的工具,可以显著提升板材套料效率,提高材料的利用率。AutoNEST, which is a computer aided nesting software, and its application in fabrication design of offshore platform is introduced. AutoNEST is applied to quick material estimation meeting purchase requirements and to shop floor cutting plans. AutoNEST is also linked with other NC software and CAD packages,such as Tekla Structures, AutoCAD,etc. AutoNEST is able to generate a nesting report with detailed information on nested parts, stock materials and cutting,including edge allowance, cutting gap allowance, the percentage usage of used material and so on. AutoNEST is incorporated with a single powerful nesting engine-NestPRO that maximizes the stock usage and minimizes the wastage. AutoNEST is a low-cost and efficient tool for the production requires material planning and cutting plans. With automatic generation of nested layouts, AutoNEST reduces man-hours and improves the material utilization.
