摘 要:镍矿项目在青岛场地进行模块化建造。由于模块众多,建造区域选在了非滑道区,采用SPMT拖车运输的形式装船,这就对垫墩的高度提出了限制性要求。镍矿项目的垫墩分为钢结构和混凝土结构两种形式,该文以镍矿项目中3M105模块A6垫墩为研究对象,将混凝土结构垫墩和钢结构垫墩做了简要对比,得出使用混凝土结构垫墩的优势。简单介绍了青岛场地非滑道区域的承载力,通过计算分析,阐述了影响混凝土结构垫墩承载能力的因素,并提出相应的优化措施。利用规范中的公式,推导出实际工程项目已知条件下混凝土结构垫墩的极限承载力,阐述了混凝土结构垫墩的适用条件。The koniambo nickel project is built in COOEC (Q1NGDAO)yard. The construction site is chosen in the area without skid way due to large the numbers of the modules. The means of load-out will be SPMT, under which the height of the supports is restrained. There are steel supports and concrete supports in the nickel project. Taking the A6 support in module 3M105 as an example, the concrete support is compared with the steel type and the superiority of concrete supports is concluded. Furthermore, the bearing capability of non-skid way area is introduced .By analyzing the factors affecting the bearing capability of concrete supports, optimization measures are put forward. Finally the ultimate bearing capability of concrete supports is deducted from the formula provided in the specification, as well as the conditions applicable to the projects are discussed.
