摘　　要：介绍了费用管理、资源管理的基础理论和P6系统中如何实现费用管理以及资源管理。重点阐述了在工程实际应用中需要处理的问题，并且在P6系统中实现了工程实例。Basic theory of cost management and resource management is introducted.
