经阴道三维超声对宫角妊娠的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的探讨经阴道三维超声在诊断宫角妊娠中的价值。方法对80例二维超声疑有宫角妊娠患者进行了59例阴道三维超声成像,并与其手术病理结果及二维超声结果对比分析。结果59例患者三维成像均获得了冠状切面的良好成像,诊断宫角妊娠38例,输卵管间质部妊娠19例,其他(包括正常)妊娠2例,对宫角妊娠其诊断结果与随访和病理结果比较准确率为98.3%,二维超声为83.7%,二者差异有显著性(χ2=91.496;P<0.05)。结论三维超声对宫角妊娠的特异性和敏感性均优于二维超声,有非常好的临床应用价值。【Objective】To evaluate the diagnostic value of transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasonography in diagnosis of corneal and interstitial pregnancy.【Methods】Transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasonography were performed in 59 of 80 patients who were in the risk of corneal pregnancy or interstitial pregnancy.The results of diagnosis were compared with that of pathology,hysteroscopy and transvaginal two-dimensional ultrasonography.【Results】The results showed 38 cases in corneal pregnancy,19 cases in interstitial pregnancy,2 cases in-normal pregnancy.The accuracy of transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasonography diagnosis was higher than that of transvaginal two-dimensional ultrasonography in corneal pregnancy and interstitial pregnancy.For corneal pregnancy and interstitial pregnancy,the specificity and sensitivity of transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasonography diagnosis was higher than transvaginal two-dimensional ultrasonography.【Conclusion】The diagnostic specificity and sensitivity of transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasonography is higher than two-dimensional ultrasonography in corneal pregnancy and interstitial pregnancy.
