货币供应量与房屋销售价格的协整与误差修正模型分析

摘　　要：讨论了货币供应量和房屋销售价格的协整关系,进行了误差修正分析,证实了在所考虑的数据区间货币供应量和房屋销售价格存在协整关系,并建立了误差修正模型,最后提出了一些相关的建议.An empirical analysis on the co-integration relationship of money supply and house selling price is made, and error correction test is conducted. It is confirmed that in the range considered, the co-integration relationship between money supply and house selling price does exist, and the error correction model is established. Finally some related suggestions are proposed.
