摘 要:介绍了一个原生污水源热泵系统,该系统由阻垢机、污水换热器、热泵和其他泵、风机等辅助设备组成,于2008年建成并投产运行。在供热和制冷工况下,测试了从污水源端到末端热泵的性能(包括污水的温度和流量,主要设备的进、出口性能参数、不同设备在典型操作工况下的性能)。以实际测试数据为基础,研究了系统在供热和制冷模式下的综合性能,提出了改进系统性能的方法,并给出了改进后系统的典型性能曲线。研究结果表明,系统的供热COP可达4.3,制冷COP可达3.5。更为详细的分析结果可为城市原生污水源热泵系统的应用提供重要参考。The urban sewage source heat pump (USSHP) was applied to the field of heating and air conditioning widely. An urban sewage source heat pump system was designed in China. The system is composed of the scale inhibition device, the wastewater heat exchanger, the heat pump, and other assistant facilities, such as pumps, fans, and end user devices. The system was built and operated from the year of 2008. The characteristic parameters of the system in the heating and cooling status was tested from the wastewater source to the end user, including the temperature and the flux of wastewater, the inlet and outlet parameters of different facilities, and the performance of different facilities in typical operation conditions. Based on the test results, the overall COP of the system in the heating and cooling mode was computed, and the energy efficiency level was analyzed, and then, the method to improve the systems performance was proposed. After the improvements, the characteristic curves of typical operation status were given out. The results indicated that the heating COP is about 4.3, and the cooling COP is about 3.5 in the actual conditions. It could be the reference for designing or evaluating the urban wastewater source heat pump system.
