摘  要:探讨了尼龙66工业丝一步法连续聚合纺丝生产中的纺丝砂盒的作用,对比分析了砂盒改进前后对单丝均匀性、组件使用周期、可纺性、产品得率等的影响。结果表明:采用改进型纺丝砂盒,组件的使用寿命是常规组件的1.2倍,可纺性得到明显改善,断头率减少,满筒率高,纤维横截面均匀、圆整。This article discussed the spinning sandbox used for one step polymerization and spinning of nylon 66 industrial yarn.The uniform of single filament,the life time of spinning pack,spinnability and the yield of the product were compared before and after using advanced spinning sandbox.The results showed that with improved spinning sandbox,spinpack life time was 1.2 times that of conventional components,the fiber cross section and roundness as well as spinnability were improved noticeably,the breakage rate was reduced and the full bobbin yield was higher.
