Ⅲ型前列腺炎NGF与TNF-α的作用及相关性研究

摘　　要：目的观察神经生长因子(NGF)与肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)在Ⅲ型前列腺炎中的表达及相关性,并探讨其作用机制。方法采用免疫组化检测Ⅲ型前列腺炎患者及健康男性前列腺液中NGF和TNF-α水平,并对数据进行统计学分析。结果病例组NGF及TNF-α水平表达明显高于正常对照组(P<0.0l),NGF水平与TNF-α呈正相关(r=0.42,P<0.01)。结论①NGF和TNF-α可能在Ⅲ型前列腺炎的发生、发展过程中起重要作用。②前列腺液中NGF水平和TNF-α水平呈正相关,提示促炎性细胞因子(TNF-α等)与神经内分泌介质存在关联,这可能是Ⅲ型前列腺炎发病机制中的一个重要环节。【Objective】 To observe the expression and correlation of nerve growth factor（NGF） and tumour necrosis factor-alpha（TNF-α） in category Ⅲ prostatitis,and to investigate its pathogenesis.【Methods】 The levels of NGF and TNF-αin prostatic fluid of category Ⅲ prostatitis patients and healthy men were detected by immunohistochemistry,and the data were analyzed by statistics.【Results】 In patient group the expression of NGF and TNF-αwere significant higher than those in health group（P 0.05）,the level of NGF was directly correlated to TNF-α（r =0.42,P 0.01）.【Conclusion】 ①NGF and TNF-αmay play important roles in process of the occurrence and development of category Ⅲ prostatitis.②The level of NGF was directly correlated to TNF-αin prostatic fluid.Proinflammatory cytokines（TNF-alpha,et al） and NGF may be in close correlation,which may be an important element in pathogenesis of category Ⅲ prostatitis.
