亲属肾移植供肾循环阻断前输液对受者来尿的影响

摘　　要：目的了解亲属活体肾移植术供肾循环阻断前输液对受者循环开放后来尿的影响。方法将60对亲属肾移植术的患者随机分为A、B两组,每组30对。观察组(A组)患者在供肾循环阻断前进行快速输液,对照组(B组)患者则维持一般的输液速度,对两组供者在循环阻断前的血压、受体开放循环后来尿时间的情况进行比较分析。结果观察组供者在循环阻断前快速输液,可使血压提高10%～15℅、受体开放循环后的来尿时间优于对照组,两项临床观察指标均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论亲属肾移植术中,在供肾循环阻断前加快输液的速度,既有利于MAP的提高,也有利于受者开放循环后来尿,可降低受者围术期的不良反应,提高患者对手术的满意度,减少并发症,降低医疗费用。【Objective】To study the impact of urine of living-related kidney transplantation for renal circulation blocked by pre-infusion cycle of open later.【Methods】 60 pairs of relatives of patients ready for renal transplantation were randomly divided into A,B two groups,30 pairs a group.Observe（A） patients in the rapid infusion before kidney transplantation providers were kidney circulation blocked.Compared with（B） patients remained normal infusion rate.Analyze the two groups＇blood pressure and kidney transplantation receptors after the opening of the allograft blood current the time of first urinating【.Results】The blood pressure of the observation group receptor with blocking in the loop before the rapid infusion of blood pressure can be increased by 10% ～15 %,kidney transplantation receptors after the opening of the allograft blood current the time of first urinating is better than the control group.The two indicators of clinical concepts all had statistically significance（P0.05）.【Conclusions】 Increasing the speed of infusion before the blocking of the allograft blood current can enlarge the blood volume effectively in relative living related donor kidney transplantation,help living related donor kidney transplantation improve（MAP）,and help receptor transplantation the time of first urinating after the opening of the allograft blood current,what＇s more,it can also improve patient satisfaction towards surgery,reduce complications and lower medical costs.
