65例阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征临床分析

摘　　要：目的研究探讨体重指数、颈围、血脂与阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(OSAS)病情轻重的关系,从而对OSAS患者及时治疗,防止和降低代谢综合征、心脑血管疾病的发生,从而进一步提高患者的生活质量。方法对65例经PSG诊断为阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(OSAS)患者的体重指数、颈围、血脂、血压进行测量;对其治疗效果进行随访,对结果进行相关分析。结果OSAS患者严重程度与BM(IP<0.05)、颈围(P<0.01)呈正相关,重度OSAS患者三酰甘油异常显著(P<0.01);手术治疗患者的总有效率为74.0%,CPAP机治疗总有效率为86.7%,BiPAP机治疗总有效率为100.0%。结论BMI、颈围值越大,OSAS的病情程度越重;OSAS的病情程度越重,血脂异常越明显,并且以三酰甘油异常最明显;目前的治疗方法以BiPAP机治疗最有效。【Objective】To study the effects of the body mass index,neck circumference,blood-fat on the OSAS patients.It will prompt the treatment of the patient with OSAS and elevate the patient quality of life.【Method】 Measure the body mass index,neck circumference,blood-fat,blood pressure of 65 OSAS patients,follow-up examination was performed to study the effect of different treatment.【Result】The severity of the OSAS patients is correlate to the levels of BMI（P0.05）,neck circumference（P0.01）;Severe OSAS patients＇triglyceride increased obviously;The total efficiency of surgical treatment was 74%,CPAP treatment was 86.7%,BiPAP treatment was 100%.【Conclusion】The severity in OSAS would gradually increase with the level of the body mass index and neck circumference;The severity of blood -fat would gradually increase with the severity in OSAS patients,especially triglyceride;The key to improve the quality of OSAS patients lives is to conduct proper treatment-BiPAP.
