摘  要:制备了Tm3+/Yb3+共掺杂的20GaF3-15InF3-17CdF2-15ZnF2-10SnF2-3P2O5-(20-x-y)PbF2-xTmF3-yYbF3(x=0.2~2,y=1~4)系列玻璃。室温下,通过其吸收光谱,运用Judd-Ofelt理论计算了样品的强度参量Ωt(t=2,4,6)、自发辐射几率、荧光分支比和荧光寿命等光谱参数。研究发现,增加Tm3+掺入量对Ω2影响不大,Ω4、Ω6的值有增大的趋势。在980nm激发下的荧光光谱中,观察到5个上转换发射峰,其中发光较强的464nm的蓝光是三光子过程,650nm的红光和800nm的红外光是双光子过程,并讨论了其上转换发光机理和Tm3+、Yb3+掺杂浓度对发光强度的影响。Glasses with the composition of 20GaF3-15InF3-17CdF2-15ZnF2-10SnF2-3P2O5- (20-x-y) PbF2-xTmF3-yYbF3(x=0.2-2, y=1-4) were prepared. The absorption spectrum at room temperature was analyzed. According to the Judd-Ofelt theory, the J-O strength parameters Ωt (t=2, 4, 6) of Tm3+ were calculated. It was found out that increasing amount of Tm3+ has little impact on Ω2, but Ω4,Ω6 and Ω4/Ω6 present an increasing trend. Five up-conversion emission peaks were detected in the luminescence spectra excited at 980nm, in which the strong blue light with the wavelength of 464 nm belongs with three-photon process, and the red light with 650 nm and near-infrared light with 800 nm belong with two-photo process. The effects of Tm3+ and Yb3+ concentration on up-conversion luminescence intensity were discussed.
