摘　　要：介绍了OptiFormer水平夹网成形器的结构和设计参数,以及各部分的设计和操作原理,分析了成形部的脱水、成形优化、成形部干度等操作参数对纸页质量的影响。The structure and design parameters of OptiFormer were introduced,and as well as the design of all parts and operating principal.The effect of operating parameters,such as dewatering,forming optimization and dryness on the quality of paper was analyzed.
