摘　　要：诚信作为一个重要的法律概念,涉及社会学、经济学、哲学等多个领域。因而对诚信的探讨有必要开拓视野,从多学科多角度阐述诚信的基本特质。民法是活的法,而随着经济环境的变迁,作为民法基本原则的诚信的功能和影响也随之变化。以合同法为中心,分析现行经济环境下诚信对意思自治原则的影响及其在契约法领域的具体适用。As an important legal concept,the honesty and credibility involve sociology,economics,philosophy and other fields.Thus we need to broaden the horizon to discuss the honesty and credibility,and to elaborate the basic traits of it from multiple disciplines and multiple viewpoints.Civil law is a variational law,and as the basic principle of civil law the functions and influence of the honesty and credibility also changes with the changes of economic environment. This paper is intended to analyze the impact of the honesty and credibility on autonomy in the current economic environment,and the specific application of it in the field of contract law.
