摘 要:针对现有的钻井液连续波信号发生器转阀存在易堵塞、节流口处流速高和冲蚀严重的问题,根据液压流体力学的基本原理,将连续波信号发生器的转阀设计为多个节流口串联结构。该种结构可以在获得足够信号幅值的前提下解决上述问题。建立了转阀冲蚀的三维离散相流场仿真模型。计算结果表明,转阀的冲蚀随节流口个数的增加而显著减小,当节流口个数增加到一定数量时,冲蚀又有所增加;转阀的冲蚀主要集中在节流口棱边上靠近轮毂的地方。In light of the problem that the rotary valve of the existing drilling fluid continuous wave signal generator is easy to plug and there exist high flowrate and serious erosion at the choke,the rotary valve of the generator was designed as a structure with many chokes connected in series according to the basic principle of hydromechanics.The structure can solve the above problems when it obtains enough signal amplitude.A three-dimensional simulation model of discrete phase flow field was established.The calculation result indicates that the erosion of the rotary valve remarkably decreased with the increase of the number of chokes.The erosion increased slightly when the chokes reached a certain number.The erosion of the rotary valve took place mainly near the hub on the edge of the choke.
