摘 要:API标准钻杆接头的应力极值较大,应力集中现象比较严重,容易发生疲劳失效,为此设计了新型钻杆接头结构。在准确测定摩擦因数的基础上,利用有限元分析软件MSCMarc对2种结构的钻杆接头在受扭矩、扭矩+拉伸载荷及扭矩+压缩载荷作用下产生的不同变化进行了比较分析。结果表明,新型结构在保持与普通API接头具有相当的连接强度时,还显著提高了接头的抗扭性能,而且其密封性能优于API标准接头,不容易发生胀扣和刺漏等失效事故;与API标准钻杆接头相比,新型结构更适用于大扭矩、弯曲载荷的高压及超高压等复杂的油气井中。The sealing form of the standard API casing sub tends to suffer from expansion failure when the drill pipe is subject to tensile load.Therefore,the structures with an inclined shoulder of 10,15 and 20° were designed.On the basis of exactly measuring the friction factor,the finite element was used to make a comparative analysis of the different changes of the casing subs of two structures which were subject to the effect of torque,torque plus tensile load and torque plus compression load.The result shows that the designed structure remarkably improved the torsional performance of the sub when it retained a considerable connection strength with the normal API sub.Moreover,its sealing performance was better than that of the standard API sub and it was not easy for the structure to suffer from failure accidents,such as expansion and piercing leakage.The designed structure is more suitable for high pressure and superhigh pressure oil-gas wells with great torques and bending load.
