摘　　要：本文介绍了"半导体光电子学"双语教学中通过精选教学内容、根据具体情况采取适当的教学模式、加强课堂互动、充分利用多媒体课件等手段提高教学效果的一些体会。This paper introduces some methods used to improve the teaching effectiveness in bilingual course ＂Semiconductor Optoelectronics＂.These include selecting suitable teaching content,using suitable teaching method according to the teachers and students condition,improving communication between teacher and students in classes and employing multi-media effectively.
