摘 要:以苏州土、茂名高岭土和铝厂污泥为原料,采用固相反应低温合成高纯度的莫来石材料,研究了粘土原料种类及粘土与废渣的含量比对莫来石结构的影响,用XRD、SEM对产物进行表征。结果表明:采用苏州土合成的莫来石结构是长柱状相互交错的网络状结构,茂名高岭土合成的莫来石其微观形貌为短柱状或粒状。Suzhou kaolin, maoming kaolin and waste slage of aluminum factory were used as raw materials, highly purified mullite was synthesized with solid state reaction, influence of the kind of soil raw material and ratio of soil and waste slage of aluminum on the structure of mullite, XRD and SEM were used to characterize samples. The results showed: it was the long cylindrical and intertwined network structure when suzhou kaolin was used as the raw material, it was the short column or granular when maoming kaolin was used as the raw material.
