摘　　要：发达国家在促进农民合作组织发展中积累了丰富的经验。借鉴发达国家的成功做法,发挥政府的扶持引导作用、加快农民合作组织的市场化进程、建立健全农民合作组织内部管理和运行机制、重视农民素质提高是促进我国农民合作组织健康发展的重要举措。The developed countries have accumulated a wealth of experience in promoting the development of rural cooperative organizations, we can learn their successful practices. Some important measures must be taken to promote the healthy development of China＇s farmers cooperative organizations, such as play a guiding role of government support, accelerate marketing process of the farmers cooperative organizations, establish and improve the organizations＇ internal management and operation mechanism, attach great importance to the improvement of farmers＇ quality.
