摘　　要：制度分析与发展框架是一个关于规则、自然和物质条件以及共同体属性如何影响行动舞台结构、个体所面临的激励及其结果产出的通用框架。本文尝试运用制度分析与发展框架分析我国社区运行,通过对社区运行机制、社区运行情境、社区运行行动者的分析,以及对相关理论阐述来拓展制度分析与发展框架的应用范围,并为我国社区运行提供理论指导。Institutional analysis and development framework is a general framework. It emphasizes how the rules, the natural and material conditions and the community attribute affect the motion stage structure,the drive facing the individual and its finally delivers.This article attempts to analyze our country community movement using the institutional analysis and development framework.Through analyzing the community operating mechanism, the community operating situation, the community operating actor,as well as systemic and detailed theoretical analysis to expand the scope of the framework＇s application, but also provide for our community operating system theoretical guidance.
