摘  要:对1991—2008年宁夏灌区引、退水规律,以及冬灌退水对宁蒙河段防凌调度的影响进行了分析。结果表明:宁夏灌区退水过程滞后于引水过程,但变化与引水趋势相似,集中在5—8月和11月份,这两个时段退水量占年总退水量的94%,灌区退水与降水量、地下水位和蒸发量相关。对冬灌退水规律分析发现,退水对黄河宁蒙河段持续流凌10~15d的凌情影响不大,但对11月上中旬强冷空气降温造成流凌后迅速封河的凌情威胁较大。The paper analyzes the laws of diversion and recession of Ningxia irrigated area in 1991 to 2008 and the influence of recession of winter irrigation to the ice run control and regulation of Ningxia-Inner Mongolia Section.The outcomes show that the recession process lags diversion process and the tendencies of variation are similar,concentrating in the periods of May-August and November.The volume of recession of the two periods makes up 94% of the annual total and the recession is related to precipitation,groundwater level and evaporation of the area.It finds out through the analysis on recession law of winter irrigation that the influence of recession to 10-15 day ice run regime of continuous ice flowing of Ningxia-Inner Mongolia Section is smaller,but the danger caused by quick freezing after strong cold current happened in the early and middle November is greater.
