摘 要:探讨了石膏晶须在非加填纸中的添加情况。结果表明,非加填纸添加石膏晶须强度可得到增强,当石膏晶须添加量为35%时纸页各项强度最大,不同打浆度的纸浆添加石膏晶须后成纸强度变化趋势一致;添加石膏晶须的纸页经施胶后强度略有下降,但强度变化趋势与施胶前相同。通过扫描电子显微镜及能谱仪进行SEM-EDAX分析对比添加石膏晶须前后纸页结构,对石膏晶须的增强机理做了初步探讨。The adding with plaster whisker in non-filling paper was studied. The results show that paper strength increases by using plaster whisker,paper strength is maximum when the dosage of plaster whisker is 35%,changes of paper strength are identical when plaster whisker is used in pulp with different beating degree. Paper strength decreases after paper sizing,and changing trend of paper strength is in accordance with that of unsized. The structure of paper with plaster whisker and paper without plaster whiske are studied by means of SEM-EDAX through scanning electronic microscope,and the strengthening mechanism of plaster whisker is discussed.
