摘　　要：简述了国产TBJ型透平真空泵的性能、结构及特点,介绍了不同真空泵的选用和工艺管线布置,及真空系统的节能情况。The performance,structure and characteristics of domestic TBJ turbine vacuum pump were briefly summarized. The choice of different type of vacuum pump,the layout of piping system and conditions of saving energy in realizing vacuum system were introduced.
