摘　　要：分析目前多功能电力监控仪表的技术实现、功能组成和应用现状,并对其在配电网和智能电网框架下的应用前景进行了展望。Technique implement, function and current application status of the multi-function monitoring and controlling device are analyzed in this paper.The application prospection of it under the electric distribution and Smart grid is also analyzed in this paper.
