摘  要:以喹啉、对二氯苄为原料,乙醇为溶剂合成了一种双喹啉季铵盐QAD,通过静态失重法和电化学方法评价了双喹啉季铵盐(QAD)在盐酸体系中对N80钢的缓蚀性能,初步确定了该缓蚀剂的缓蚀作用机理。静态失重法表明,QAD缓蚀效果显著,在不同温度下,QAD用量在200mg/L均达到较优缓蚀效果。极化曲线结果说明该双喹啉季铵盐缓蚀剂为以抑制阴极反应为主的混合型缓蚀剂。交流阻抗结果进一步证实了QAD的缓蚀效果,同时EIS谱表明QAD在低频区弱阳极极化下表现为明显的吸脱附感抗环,为吸附型界面缓蚀剂。A double quinoline quaternary ammonium QAD was synthesized by using the quinoline,dichloride as raw materials.The corrosion Inhibition of two-quinoline quaternary ammonium QAD on N80 steel was evaluated through static weight loss and electrochemical methods in hydrochloric acid and the inhibition mechanism was determined preliminarily.Static weight loss method shows that the inhibition effect of QAD is significant.The optimum corrosion result is obtained when the dosage of QAD was 200mg/L at different temperatures.The results of polarization curves show that two-quinoline quaternary ammonium inhibitor is a mixed type inhibitor which mainly inhibited the cathodic reaction.AC impedance results confirm the inhibition effect of QAD further,at the same time EIS spectra shows that QAD shows inductive loop desorption significantly in the low frequency region and the weak anodic polarization and is also a absorption interface type inhibitor.
