摘 要:卷管直径与滚筒直径的匹配设计是卷管铺设技术的关键问题,若按照纯弹性理论进行分析,即使最小的滚筒直径也超出了常用滚筒直径的取值范围,管道在上卷过程中必然要发生塑性变形,因此纯弹性理论在设计管道及滚筒直径时不可取。为对卷管直径与滚筒直径的设计提供理论依据,根据弹塑性理论,依据高应变材料发生屈服时的Ramberg-Osgood方程推导了改进的Ramberg-Osgood公式。为进一步证明推导的公式所设计的管道及滚筒直径的准确性,对管道的上卷过程进行有限元数值模拟,并与理论值进行了比较。结果表明,管道与滚筒直径设计合理,为卷管铺设技术在深水工程的应用提供了一种简单的设计计算方法。The design for matching between reel pipe's and reel hub's diameter is a key issue in reel lay technology.If the analysis is carried out according to the purely elastic theory analysis,even if the smallest reel hub diameter exceeds the common range.Plastic deformation unavoidably occurs,so pure elastic theory is undesirable in the design of reel pipe and reel hub diameter.To provide a theoretical basis for the design of the diameter of the reel pipe and reel hub,plastic theory,σ-ε formula for X65 steel is been derived based on Ramberg-Osgood equation when high-yield strain material yields.Preliminary design of reel pipe and reel hub is carried out by using this formula,and the results are very consistent with the actual engineering experience.To further verify the accuracy of the design diameter of the reel pipe and reel hub,finite element analysis is used to simulate the reeling on process,the relationship between the stress and plastic strain is conversely derived,and it is compared with the theoretical value.The results show that the design of reel pipe and reel hub is reasonable,which illustrates that the derived σ-ε formula is of great significance to design the reel pipe and reel hub diameter.
