摘　　要：腱鞘由外层的腱纤维鞘和内层的腱鞘和内层的腱滑膜鞘共同组成。腱滑呈双层套管状，分内、外二层。内层紧包于肌腱的表面；外层紧贴于腱纤维的内面。内、外二层之间含有少量滑液。内、外二层相互移行的部分，称腱系膜，内有血管、神经经过。腱鞘可起约束肌腱的作用，并可减少肌腱在运动时的磨擦。在腕部、掌指部足部和肩肱二头肌腱沟等处均有腱鞘。Introduction： Tendon sheath derives from an external .layer, internal layer, and intemal aponeurosis. Tendon sheath has a double layer cannula （tumel）. The Internal cannula attaches to the surface of the tendon while the external cannula attaches to the inner side of the fibrous tendon. Between these two cannula, small amount of synovial fluid fill within, aponeurosis derived from merging of external and internal cannula, Aponeurosis contains blood vessels and neuron.
