针刀配合正脊手法治疗颈椎病机理探讨——附1600例临床报告

摘　　要：目的：总结针刀和正脊手法治疗颈椎病1600例，并对颈椎病的发病机理和治疗机理进行探讨。方法：先根据不同类型颈椎病选择治疗点，然后进行针刀松解。术后实施正脊手法治疗和复位。结果：对1600例进行观察，结果显示优1024例，占64％。良504例，占31．5％。可48例，占3％。差24例，占1．5％。优良率95．5％。效果差的24例均为脊髓型。结论：针刀松解与正脊手法互补，可提高优良率。针刀主要解除椎管外症状，解决椎间隙变窄、慢性软组织粘连、神经卡压，血管微循环障碍等问题，其与手法对椎管内症状的解除都较困难。但对改善脊髓组织的血液循环有一定作用。运用正脊手法，在韦以宗教授“一说两论”即“圆筒枢纽学说”，“椎曲论”和“脊椎轮廓平行四维平衡”理论的指导下，运用“理筋、调曲、练功”三大治疗原则，治疗颈椎病，可以取得更加满意的疗效。Object： Summing up the treatment method on 1600 cases of cervical spondylosis adopting theAcupotomology with the help of Spine-Massage Method and investigation on the relevant treatment mechanism. Method： Choosing the different treatment point according to the various types of cervical spondylosis, and then debonding with acupotomy. Adopting the Spine-Massage Method treatment and replacement after the operation. Result： There are 1024 cases ,with the percent of 64, are satisfied, 504 cases with 31.5% are good, 48 cases with 3% are not bad and 24 cases with 1.5% are not good. The acceptance rate is 95.5%. The unsatisfied 24 cases belong to myeloid form. Conclusion： With the cooperation of Spine-Massage Method the aeupotomy deboding method can get good treating effect. The symptom out of vertebral canal can be relieved adopting the aeuptomy, but it is difficult to resolve the symptom on narrowing of intervertebral space, chronic soft tissues conglutination, nerve pressure, microcirculatory disturbance of vein adopting acupotomology and manipulation. It will be helpful to improve the vein circle of spinal cord tissues. According to the relevant theory of Prof. Wei Yizong, the cervical spondylosis can be treated with satisfied effect.
