补阳还五汤加味在断指再植术后的应用

摘　　要：断指再植术后，其关键在于血液循环的好坏，而血液循环的好坏则由血管的损伤程度、血管的痉挛状态、血液的粘稠度来决定。我们自2002年以来，对部分断指再植成功后，运用补阳还五汤加减治疗，取得了较好的疗法，现总结如下：The recover key after Finger Replantation depends on the condition of blood circulation, and the better blood circulation lies in damage degree of blood vessel, spasticities and blood Viscosity. Since 2002, the application of Buyang Huanwu Soup, used after some finger replantations, has gained better curative effect （in recovery）, and the related data are listed as：
