摘  要:松南火山岩储层微裂缝发育,滤失量大,水力压裂容易砂堵.为了提高压裂成功率,进行了火山岩储层压裂降滤技术研究.阐述了火山岩储层的滤失特点,火山岩储层的滤失系数不是常数,而与压力相关.根据火山岩储层的滤失特点,建立了适合火山岩储层的滤失模型,并进行了求解分析.分析结果表明,随着滤失时间的增加,滤失速度降低,而等效的综合滤失系数却随滤失时间的增加而增加.最后提出适合火山岩储层的柴油乳化、粉陶或粉砂、二元支撑剂组合综合降滤技术措施.现场应用表明,应用柴油乳化、粉陶及二元组合综合降滤技术措施可以解决火山岩储层压裂滤失问题,提高压裂成功率.The volcanic reservoir is characterized by micro-cracks,which would easily cause sand plug in hydraulic fracturing.In order to improve fracturing success rate,the fluid loss reducing technique in volcanic rock reservoirs is adopted.The filtration characteristics of volcanic rock reservoirs are analyzed.The filtration coefficient of the volcanic rock reservoirs is not a constant and associated with pressure.According to the characteristics of filtration in volcanic rock,the fluid loss model is established and it is solved.The results show that the fluid-loss velocity reduces with the increase of time,and the equivalent fluid-loss coefficient increases with the time.Finally,the comprehensive fluid loss reducing technique is put forward,and the technique consists of three parts: diesel emulsifying filtration reducing,ceramic or sand powder filtration reducing,dual proppant combination filtration reducing.Field application shows the combination filtration reducing is effective to volcanic reservoirs.
